FQHC rebrand, building a digital foundation.
Eisner Health
An FQHC serving underserved communities in Los Angeles needed a new website to align with a rebrand and the opening of a new clinic. The existing WordPress site wasn’t WCAG-compliant, lacked multilingual capabilities, and suffered from poor performance. With only a logo and color palette provided by the rebrand partner, the website had to become the first true expression of the new brand—built quickly, and without formal guidelines.
Our role
We redesigned the site from the ground up—improving content, structure, and visual design. The new WordPress build included seamless Weglot translation, intuitive patient-friendly navigation, and an easy-to-manage backend so the internal team could make updates independently. With no full brand toolkit in place, the site’s visual design helped define the broader identity moving forward.
Impact
The site launched on time, delivering a significantly improved user experience and backend workflow. The compliant, multilingual platform now meets the needs of both patients and staff. The design system helped shape the rest of the rebrand, informing signage, collateral, and future marketing efforts.
