Website Strategy and Design

$10,000 one-time fee

Discovery, website strategy, and custom design of a 10–15 page website with a dedicated strategist and creative. Includes competitive research, mood boards, site architecture, AI-assisted, human-led content development, wireframes, and a fully custom desktop and mobile experience in Figma or near-code export ready for development.

Deliverables include: Website sitemap, Content outline, website content, wireframes, website design in Figma (code-ready format)

Development and Delivery

$10,000 one-time fee

Front-end development of approved designs in WordPress, Next.js, or headless CMS. WCAG-compliant build with page setup and integrations. SEO-Ready, desktop and mobile friendly, meeting WCAG and ADA compliance.

Deliverables include: Fully compliant ADA/WCAG desktop and mobile website with delivery and deployment on our server or yours, with a 30-day warranty of bugs. Optional: a video-recorded training workshop and documentation of all integrations for handoff.

Brand Strategy

$10,000 one-time fee

Competitive research and development of core messaging and brand strategy to clarify positioning, stand out from competitors, guide ongoing marketing efforts, and inform new messaging and site structure.

Deliverables include: Mission and vision statements, brand promise, brand story, value propositions, key differentiators, messaging pillars, audience-specific proof points, elevator pitch/boilerplate, and tone and voice guidance.

Logo and Identity Only

$10,000 one-time fee

A highly conceptual process that explores multiple logo and visual identity systems, along with brand architecture and product or service branding. Guided by brand strategy, this process builds a strong foundation for your brand.

Deliverables include: Logo suite, color palette, typography, visual identity, brand guidelines, and core collateral.

Ongoing Creative Support

$5,000 monthly retainer, tracked hourly

Flexible creative support for both web and non-web needs. This can include website materials such as PDFs, custom illustrations, charts, and data graphics, as well as social profiles, sales toolkits, brochures, and other rollout strategies.

Deliverables include: Starting at forty hours per month for dedicated project and account support, creative direction, brand management, project management, copywriting, and proofing and translation services. Longer-term commitments and pricing options available.

Get a quote

A 50% deposit is required to initiate projects. A 25% milestone payment is invoiced at key checkpoints, with the remaining 25% balance (plus any additional fees) due upon completion.
Every project includes a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) outlining service levels, deliverables, timelines, and payment details to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the engagement.

Ongoing Services

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

$350 - $750 per month

Ongoing optimization to improve search rankings, keyword performance, and site visibility. Includes monthly reporting and performance tracking.

Paid Search
Marketing (PPC)

$550 or 12% of ad spend, per month

Campaign management across Google and social channels. We optimize ad spend, refine targeting, and report on performance.

Hosting and Maintenance

$350 per month

Secure managed hosting with platform updates, monitoring, and performance optimization. Includes ongoing security support.

Ongoing Content Updates

$350 per month minimum, hourly

Dedicated helpdesk support for content, strategy, third-party integrations, WCAG, and content development and updates to keep your site updated.

All add-on services are structured as a separate SOW engagement and begin billing as a monthly service fee once the fixed-bid website project scope is complete and paid in full. Any additional and pre-approved third-party costs are invoiced in addition to the monthly service fees and are due on NET 30 terms. Each add-on engagement is governed by the existing Master Services Agreement (MSA) to ensure clarity on service levels, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
