Brand Strategy
$15,000 one-time fee
Discovery and development of core messaging and positioning to clarify who you are, what you stand for, and how you differentiate. Includes competitive research, audience insights, and a framework to guide marketing and brand expression.
Deliverables include: Mission and vision statements, brand promise, value propositions, differentiators, messaging pillars, proof points, elevator pitch/boilerplate, tone and voice guidance.
Focus Groups
$10,000-$15,000 one-time fee
Facilitated sessions conducted on-site or virtually. Collects qualitative and quantitative feedback on your brand, products, or services.
Logo and Identity
$15,000 one-time fee
A highly conceptual design process exploring multiple logo directions, visual systems, and brand architecture. Guided by strategy, we build a scalable identity platform that works across digital and print.
Deliverables include: Logo suite, color palette, typography, visual identity toolkit, brand guidelines, and core collateral.

Naming and Architecture
$5,000 one-time fee
Naming services for products, sub-brands, or campaigns. Includes linguistic screening, architecture mapping, and recommendations for a consistent naming hierarchy.
Surveys and Research
$5,000-$10,000 one-time fee
Survey your customers or analyze demographic, geographic, and psychographic data. Provides insights to guide brand positioning and strategic decision-making.
Website Development
$10,000-$20,000 one-time fee

Full Brand Package
$25,000 one-time fee
A complete end-to-end engagement combining Brand Strategy and Logo and Identity. Establishes both messaging and design foundations with alignment across all channels.
Deliverables include: All deliverables from both Brand Strategy and Logo and Identity, plus integrated brand architecture mapping, brand rollout roadmap, and starter collateral templates.
Creative Testing
$2,500 one-time fee and up
Engage customers, committees, or prospect audiences to gather feedback and insights. Validates creative concepts and messaging before broader rollout.
Marketing Strategy
$5,000 one-time fee
Work with a strategist to develop marketing and business plans, budgets, and KPIs. Aligns internal teams and external partners for growth.
Ongoing Creative Support
$7,000 monthly retainer, tracked hourly
Flexible creative support for both web and non-web needs. This can include website materials such as PDFs, custom illustrations, charts, and data graphics, as well as social profiles, sales toolkits, brochures, and other rollout strategies.
Deliverables include: Starting at 40 hours per month for dedicated project and account support, creative direction, brand management, project management, copywriting, and proofing and translation services. Longer-term commitments and pricing options are available.
A 50% deposit is required to initiate projects. A 25% milestone payment is invoiced at key checkpoints, with the remaining 25% balance (plus any additional fees) due upon completion.
Every project includes a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) outlining service levels, deliverables, timelines, and payment details to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the engagement.
Ongoing services
All ongoing services are structured as a separate SOW engagement and begin billing as a monthly service fee once the fixed-bid website project scope is complete and paid in full. Any additional and pre-approved third-party costs are invoiced in addition to the monthly service fees and are due on NET 30 terms. Each add-on engagement is governed by the existing Master Services Agreement (MSA) to ensure clarity on service levels, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
