as part of a broader strategy to strengthen community presence and enhance senior wellness offerings, Optum Arizona launched a new community center in Mesa, a space designed to go beyond clinical care by fostering holistic well-being.

More than a clinic, the Mesa facility offers fitness classes, educational programming, social events, and transportation services for seniors and caregivers. As Optum continues to expand its footprint across the country, community-focused sites like this play a vital role in demonstrating their long-term commitment to the people they serve.

our role

As a strategic creative partner to Optum and its regional teams, we were engaged to develop a launch video that would highlight the center’s value for patients, plan partners, and providers. Working closely with the Arizona marketing team, we led end-to-end production from concept and planning to filming and final delivery. Over two days, our film crew captured footage of the center in action, using a mix of hired talent, real staff, and community volunteers to authentically showcase the experience. The video became a central asset in Optum’s launch campaign and partner communications.
