With a decade-long specialization in provider search tools, we recognized a common challenge: managing provider and location data. In 2021, we launched Provider CRM, a proprietary, turnkey web application designed to solve the issues organizations face with manual data entry, inconsistent formatting, and time-consuming marketing material production. 

Our role

Provider CRM gave Optum California a centralized hub for provider and location data, eliminating the need for offline spreadsheets and improving data consistency. It also enabled on-demand creation of provider directories and automated generation of marketing flyers, streamlining workflows and significantly reducing design hours. 

Impact

Provider CRM reflects our commitment to innovation in healthcare data management. It continues to improve operational efficiency and productivity for Optum California and other licensees.
