Healthcare communications video production and marketing

Optum CA

Over the past eight years, our company has undertaken numerous video projects for Optum, including the Optum PacWest “Culture Week” video, which was the first to feature the VVIS brand in the California market. With no established video guidelines for the new Optum VVIS identity, we had to work closely with both national and local teams to bring the brand to life through video. Capturing the culture authentically was a top priority. Additional video projects have included clinic rebranding, product launches, and service promotions.

Our role

We partnered with Optum stakeholders to develop a concept that reflected the spirit of the “Culture Week” initiative. Our team managed every aspect of production, from concept development to post-production. We captured over 80 hours of staff footage to craft a video that felt inclusive, authentic, and uniquely Optum.

Impact

The final “Culture Week” video demonstrated our ability to produce high-quality, emotionally resonant content that elevates brand narratives and engages internal and external audiences alike. Our collaborative approach further strengthened our relationship with Optum, laying the groundwork for future creative initiatives.
