Indigenous Pact had recently completed a full rebrand with a major tier 1 agency, which was months in the making but came with mounting fatigue, tight budgets, and pressure to launch. Despite the investment, earlier attempts to bring the brand to life online fell short. Leadership still hadn’t felt the brand on screen. With an important tradeshow fast approaching, the website needed to catch up quickly.

As the newly engaged creative partner for one of IP’s subsidiary brands, TCD was brought in to help close the gap. We led strategy, UX, design, and development for the new corporate website. Working from the brand system and verbal identity delivered by the previous agency, we reimagined the homepage and architecture to feel intentional, functional, and emotionally resonant. Our team helped transform the brand toolkit into a digital-first experience with a clear narrative, intuitive structure, and zero fluff.

We launched the full site in under two weeks—on time, on brand, and with minimal revisions. The result was a seamless rollout of the new brand at their most visible touchpoint, ready in time for a high-profile public debut.
